Roof cleaning is not done the way driveways are cleaned. High pressure can crack tiles, strip granules from shingles and force water under the roofing. We use soft washing: a cleaning solution applied at low pressure that kills algae and loosens growth so it can be rinsed off gently.
The right method depends on the roofing material, its age and its condition. We look at the roof first, and if we don't think it can be cleaned safely, we'll tell you.

Honest limitations
